It looks to me like a regular carnosa, but I can't be sure. There are barely any flecks on the leaves. I know it's extremely difficult to ID hoyas without flowers, especially when the foliage isn't that spectacular. But, just for the heck of it, I thought I would post and see if anyone had any ideas.
