One is a spade leaf the other is a self-heading variety though I'm not sure exactly what one. I've heard that these drips are signs of good health and abundance of nutrients but i can't seem to find out what it is they are dripping and if it is dangerous. The spade leaf sits on my computer desk and the drips potentially could fall into my morning coffee, the other sits close too a small fish tank and i worry that as it grows it might get big enough to drip into the fish's water. So i was hoping someone could tell me what it is dripping from the plants? Is it just water or something i should be careful around? I can re-arrange things if i should be cautious about where they drip but I would like to know if it is necessary. I've included a pic of the self heading philo in case someone wants to tell me the variety. thanks everyone :) |
