A question though, when are plumeria blooms the most fragrant, morning or eveninng? I did not discover the bloom until the middle of the afternoon. It did have some fragrance but not a lot and it seemed that this evening that it did not have any fragrance.

And just one more question. Are hummingbirds attracted to plumeria?
