The petals are reflexed, and are a pale pale yellow, with a white corolla. The corona is red and yellow - maybe a little white in there, too. I hope I used the right terms - I've been studying the glossary section of Stemma! Anyway, I've been waiting several days for this to open - it had lost most of it's buds, but these three survived. I walked into the greenhouse tonight to do my "nightly check," and I KNEW something had bloomed because the greenhouse smelled wonderful!!! I'm horrible at describing fragrance, but I can tell you it's wonderful and, for me, rivals lacunosa as my favorite. Karen P.S. I also have multiflora (with lots o' buds), acuta, lacunosa and cv Noelle getting ready to bloom, but they will probably be somewhere in the June postings! Man, I really do need a new camera!
