i will share one more for yah...it is nothing i did for sure, but it is one of lifes little joys to see sumthin growing when it shouldn't be....i dug some crinums recently from a site where they had been for 60 yrs...i transported them here to my house...i have planted them and the like....they haven't shown that they are growing....i am kinda scared, but i am told that crinum is very hardy....anyway, i was saving some seed from the seed pods to send to someone....and what do my wondering eyes appear?@@ the dang things are sprouting!!@@@@ so exciting !!! photo below....(aint it grand to get this kinda gift from nature??) my hubby thinks i am nuts when i get excited about stuff like this...but i call it a gift:)

ps...the photo is showing onion kinda things....when in reality the brown skin is the outside of alot of big lima green size seeds and if i took off the brown skin you would see 10 or 15 'seeds' sprouting....amazing:)
