Don't be afraid to just cut those 2 brugs apart with a knife. In spring you can get away with all sorts of root pruning and the brugs hardly skip a beat.

I agree with Joan, it probably is Maya or might even be Peaches & Cream. The flowers will most probably be peachy apricot.

I think Bayer Tree and Shrub gets rid of white fly. One dose works up to 1 year. It is great. I think some said it can cause an increase in mite population because it kills off their predators but I haven't had a problem with it. Though I only target treat.
