I bundled up this early morn to get the paper, feed the feral cats and put out corn for the squirrels. The wind really blew yesterday, but I secretly liked it because I got to stay in and listen to it. Everyone has gorgeous pictures. Kudos to Andy for having the oldest plant so far. I gave up on houseplants years ago because I'm a drought and drown waterer. Pictures I should have taken: Wild turkeys walking across the Pike Run river, another beautiful hoarfrost that wasn't in Nichols, but in the country, and the ground fog at two levels. The hoarfrost must have freeze dried because it sparkled like diamonds. I've never seen trees twinkle like that before. It was beautiful. |
