They should be viable as Dave said, but sometimes species seeds can be hard to germinate. They need lots of heat to sprout. I still don't know what species that is, but it could be Stenophyllus. Here is a leaf chart that I made last year, which may or may not be accurate. It is based on the size of my plants and the labels of my plants, which we all know can be mislabeled.
