In my opinion It seems to be black tip, to the others in the thread they seem to think not.

Here's what i have:

The tips of several leaves turned black and fell off.
only one left and its tip is black.
i have some new grow coming in and it seems to be speckled with black
spots.
The woody stem of the plant is very mushy and soft. ( it wasn't a week ago )

new to this plant and would like some assistance.
if anyone needs better pic's i can try to get better ones ,
but heres what i did take so far.
