Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Best way to store large tubers, 1 by tigerlily123

I guess what I would like to know is what is the best way to deal with these plants-anyone have any pros or cons to potting them up right now or should they be allowed to dry out and go dormant for 2 months? And if so, whats the best way to do that?
