What's the story with sending plants between Canada and U.S. The one I have for trade (for a cutting) does not have as much variegation as the one i've been posting. Although according to Russ , with the right treatment, cutting etc it may improve. Here's a picture of the main plant with some variegation and I have a rooted cutting also that shows some slight variegation.
