I was born in NJ and grew up in RI, Ma, Maine ...and I love FLorida and hubby from MI neighter of us could go back up North to the cold.
My husband has health problems and has heart condition but he is Ok in Florida. Everyone is different. I have ALS but mostly bed/bound and if it is too hot I just don't go out . When the Winter comes and people start putting up their Holiday lights I get this wonderous feeling of joy and energy and so happy to be here another year ! People in our neighborhood light up/decorate big, we put up over 15 thousand lights and decor. ( hope we can this year hubby has not been able to move good for 3 weeks his back and he's trying to fix home next door we bought ).
The weather has been heavenly !
