Hey Brin, I am always confused. LOL Welcome to my world. I see there are a few cultivars of different orange ones. But mine is Tecoma X smithii http://www.floridata.com/ref/T/teco_sta.cfm 'Orange Bells' (Tecoma x smithii) is a cross of T. arequipensis and T. stans. T. chrysantha has larger flower clusters and more dramatically serrated leaf margins. http://www.smgrowers.com/products/plants/plantdisplay.asp?st... San Marcos needs a better picture, it is orange but has lots of yellow in it. Or maybe different blooms age and get more yellow in the cluster. I fell for it on one look, it is so bright and cheerful. Elva, do your orange stems hang all over? I wish they had a bit more of an upright growth habit. |
