Oriole, go out this evening just before dark when the Datura flowers are open or just about open and stick your nose right down into the flower, but don't touch it. Take a big ole whiff. You'll smell them for certain. Be careful, they may just make you dizzy. Seriously. The scent is intoxicating. Mine aren't strongly scented this year, but I blame myself...not enough ferts I'm guessing. I'll try for some pics tonight. Last year's Dats fragrace was so strong you could smell them just walking by, and bending down to sniff would nearly knock me off my feet. Those were the solid white, the ones with Intoxica in their name....and they lived up to it, lol!!
