Jan, I don't think your doing your pictures quite right. Are you copying them into your post? Instead, try the "browse" button below and then go into the file on your computer that has your pictures in it.

Robin, don't you get an email from Dave if you don't open your d-mail? She isn't in the exchange? Maybe someone who lives near can drive around and look for her door? Really, though, I think you should ask Dave or Terry.
