They have all received plenty of fertilizer and supplimental irrigation but because of our high water table the tree roots grow out rather than down and the trees grab all the moisture.

My soil is heavy, with a Ph on the 6 to 5.6 range and there is an abundance of naturally occurring Phospherous in the soil.

Anyone have any ideas
