Your Khymer Orange, Purple Prince and roscoeana 'Jewel of Burma' should both bloom for you this year if they are adult divisions or older tissue culture plants, if they're very young tissue culture they may not bloom for you this year or they may send up smaller than average inflorescence, this year.
I think for colorful foliage and beautiful inflorescence you can't beat Curcuma 'Raspberry' and then just for the foliage alone definitely 'Scarlet Fever.
