You are in luck, since we are in the Brug Forum, I will answer you. LOL So are the stems looking healthy above the Y?? Did you get rid of the mites? Are you spraying your top growth with water when ever you water them?

In this heat I would not fertilize or use that Bayer rose stuff. It will stress them too much. But when it gets cooler and if your brugs are in total shade since you are so much hotter where you are than where I am, I would Neem the top. I bet you still have bugs.

Since these are the standards, clip off the side growth. And when cooler, I would foliar feed the top a few days after you Neem it. Can you send me a couple of pics? Are they suckering or just side growthing. LOL
