If it gets somewhere you don't want it, it can be a problem, but I have found mine extremely easy to contain to a bed with regular mowing and edging tactics applied around it's bed. Occasionally some St. Augustine grass runners manage to creep in and send up a few blades to break the surface of the bed (as you can see in my pic), but this Mimosa can keep my English Ivy at bay! I'll step outside and get a pic of the entire bed of Mimosa itself and post it in a few. |
