From this blurb on San Marcos wholesale nursery blurb, it looks like there are lots of Hetty Krauss running around as Charles Grimaldi here too. Maybe they will meet and fall in love. LOL

Though I sure have never seen a brug like this one before. It was so fantastic. Had me mesmorized and I have seen a lot of special brugs. Leave it to nature out trump man everytime.

I thought this site was so interesting and it mentions Ilie:

Ilie does lots of work with epis too. This is one of his newest and his best seedlings. I was in love. And the branches are purple tinged also. It was a most complicated colored bloom the way it varied towarded the center and even the outer rim of each petal had a different shade! Just PERECT!
