It was vacant this Winter when it went below freezing and they let the water pipes underneath freeze and bust. I'm in the process of fixing that and getting water in there. And then, I have to go down to the water dep't and show them my contract for deed, photo id and a hundred dollar deposit, because the previous tenants left a bad debt and they suspect I might be them trying to get the water turned back on.

I sure hope your hand heals up nicely.

I have 2 kidney stones, but they don't bother me so long as they don't move.
One is in the tube and the other one is in a kidney ready for departure!
My insurance is helping them to pay for their CT scan machine!
$4,300 per scan and I've had 2!
