Can you try to cover the soil of your containers so they can't take in any more water? My plumies are so water-logged, but I bet they will be all right with even more rain as long as it does not get too cold here at night. They are fairly hardy plants and easy to grow like you said. Negril is the correct name, and it is supposed to smell like cloves. Brad often has one for sale on eBay, but I don't see it among his listings. I'm sure if you email him, he will sell you one directly. His web site should be up and running soon. You can also get one from Florida Colors like I just did. FC has it $15 for a cutting, $18 for a rooted cutting, and $20 for a grafted plant. The flowers are described as being three inches across. Yes, many trees have infloresences with flowers which bloom at once and form a ball or a cluster. As old flowers fades, new ones open. You see many mature trees have this flower cluster thing. It is really lovely to see. The more mature the tree, the bigger the flowers and the bigger the inflo. Check out this Singapore in this picture below which my friend Kukiat sent me. Magnum Opus is a Pink Pansy cross and has 4" pink and white flowers. That's great that yours are doing so well. I knew they would do well under your care.
