I was just talking to Mamajack and Barb on other thread and it dawned on me how many new things I have tried this last year especially and how much fun it all has been. From air stones and bubbling (which I had never heard of), H2O2 and its many uses, lava rock, greensand, Messenger, hydroponics, orchid moss, aspirin, lysol, many soil additives and new fertilizer mixes, soil mixes, rooting ideas, germinating ideas, carrying product ideas and even sugar dispensers as a systemic dispenser and on and on and on............. I have had so much fun.

I have learned so much as I tried each new thing even if I found in the end it didn't work the best for me, it still taught me so much and most importantly it taught me about being willing to embrace new ideas and to be just open to whatever is out there. It has kept gardening fresh and my mind active and questioning.

Lots of it didn't even cost much money, just a willingness to try it. I have been rewarded in better ways to do things and also more fun ways. I find too that sometimes a new idea mixed with an old one, can make a great one.
