I made this cross myself on two of my plants: Lavender Doll x Tinsel. It took just about a year to harvest the seeds. I planted these on Feb. 15, 2004. Lavender Doll is a fuschia color and Tinsel was peach. Tinsel had the plant habit and flower shape of S. bridgessi, while Lavender Doll had more of a S. truncata habit and flower shape. The segments on this one is sort of a blend between the two, and you can't see it on the pictures, but the color was a bright fuschia with copper peach overtones. The flower was the shape of and held up at an angle like an S. truncata.

So.... what should I name it? The person who suggests the winning name will get a couple of unrooted cuttings of this plant when the weather gets warm enough to send them.
