Looks like good directions to me, Annapet. I personally do not soak mine and I do not have a heating pad. My house is kept cool. If I complain, my DH says "Put on a sweater!" LOL But many people do both things with great success.

I have always wanted a good propagation mat. I know Santa is not going to be getting me one, so I may just get one for myself. I have bought cheapies twice and could not even tell when they were on.
