I just put the rockwool in a Tupperware container. I put in the sink and get it all wet, I turn it upside down to drain for a second. I put the seeds in the holes so I can still see them. If the seeds are small I make new holes with a pencil. I put the seed in the hole so I can still see it.

I take a clear plastic bag and I wet the inside. I then shake it out so there is just beading of water on the inside. I put the Tupperware into the bag. and I twist the top closed and secure it with velcro. A mini greenhouse! I put it under my lights ( just 1 cool fluorescent and 1 warm fluorescent) and do not touch it again till the seedlings are about 2 inches tall. I have no heat under them either!

No muss no fuss and no having to remembering to water them.
