I find no mites ever but the cats come for miles around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just spray it with Bt. once every 2 months about and it is fine. I did notice it hates to be inside, dropped all its leaves and freaked out a year or 2 ago. Last winter I left it outside and it did fine even in the frost. So Sherry, you may be right, this one may hate the heat.

I didn't take any pics this year of her, but this is from last year. If you got that cutting from me, this is where it came from. She is a very agressive tree.
