I found the bug guide info Jazz sent to me about this bug. This is a link that tells all about this Planthopper nymph that chews on leaves. No threat to brugs. They don't live in huge groups or do noticeable damage.

Thanks again Jazz. I believe it helped me to id two brug bug pictures. This moth is most likely the adult. Pretty little thing.
