The id tag fell off so now I can't be sure what it is...but I THINK it is a butterfly cutting I rooted after the mother plant got a bad case of mites this winter and I thought I might loose her. But I haven't even looked at this for at least 5-6 weeks. Poor thing..but she sure has a will to live, huh? Look at that enormous bud on a plant maybe 4.5-5" tall. If it is butterfly - should the bud look so yellow on the end? of course the leaves look jaundiced too because it is so rootbound and suffering from neglect. tsk. BAD brug mommy! I tried to make amends and potted her up tonight in a 1 gallon pot and we'll see what happens when that bud opens. Anybody wanna wage a guess on her identity? Diane Krny |
