Really...when I plant seeds..it is covered...with 5 lights..we use chain..to hang the lights..low at first then can rise them up....really like this rack...holds lots...from here they go to a cold frame...take a look...holds cuttings..(brugs) if they are not to high too.....since this pic. my DH. added another 2/6 to make it deeper...works great..
