The stuff in the wash house was just up and I should have brough it all in but most I have duplicates of so it is no big deal. It is just that I could have given them to someone instead of letting them freeze. I think when the dust settles "so to speak" it will have looked worse than it is. Yes we still have lots of snow on the ground. For some reason we seemed to have recived the most snow that fell in the area. The backyard is still covered and I tried to knock it off the plants but ended up doing more damage than good so I left it alone. This is the back cornor with EE's that got covered, they were stiff and broke when I touched them so they are gone, but I am sure the roots will survive and they will come back in the spring. The lumps are a Dutchmans pipe and Thumbergia covered with a sheet and hay and then the snow is over that so I don't know how they faired. I hope they made it they were both to lage to move and I didn't have a space to put them. so.........we'll see. Dee |
