Insect and Spider Identification: Fairfax, VA Spider ID request, 1 by tgunlicks

It was a large spider (IMO) with legs reaching to about the size of my palm and was furry. I found him inside the house in a pile of laundry.

I\'m just looking to see if anyone knows if this type of spider is poisonous as I have a baby in the house (and this is the 2nd we\'ve found in last couple of weeks!) Thanks in advance for any help - I appreciate it!
