I found it in my kitchen sink the other day, but I have also found a couple of them on my bedroom walls some years ago. The head is the pointed end to the right and that's what it uses to crawl. It seems to be encased in an elongated bag. I took a movie of it and the movements are jerky and mechanical like, but a photo will have to do for now. Sorry for the poor quality photo.
