Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Which Hibiscus is this?, 1 by MG99

My better half has had this hibiscus for many years, and it's never had a bud. We thought it was sterile or something. This year we've had it out on our covered deck, gets lots of light, and up to 40*C, 104*F. Yesterday we decided to repot it, and today looking to see if it's OK, found what we think are lots of buds. Of course we missed them yesterday, but we weren't looking for any. It's more varigated than ever now, on the ends of the newer branches, and you can see the pink edging.

Any idea which this is and what it'll look like?
