I tried to turn it right-side-up to get a picture... 4--this is the already dead black beetle--over an inch long... I seem to remember seeing this before--and someone ID'd it back then too. I am sure David will jump in.... G. Edited to add that Karen's young, budding scientist, August, will be ecstatic to get these. He always asks me--"Do you have any bugs for me??"
