Can anyone tell me what these interesting-looking bugs are? They are slow-moving, with oddly shaped hind legs, a horizontal white stripe on their back, and orangish antennae. The underside is lighter brown. Not sure if they fly--I haven't seen them fly, nor have I asked them if they do. There are several on my tomato plants lately, but they do not seem to be eating them or causing any damage. (They don't seem to be doing much--they're in the same place, day after day.) Are they a pest or a good guy to have around?
Thanks!
