It just looks like a small all-black seed, not a lot of distinguishing detail...you can't see in the picture that there is 1 vertical line on its back (as if its 'shell' is 2 pieces put together). The bug is very small and relatively flat,, they are slow and easy to kill, don't seem to fly, and haven't bitten to my knowledge. Do they require pest control?
