Suz, I can't ever remember hearing anyone here starting figs from seeds, not to say it can't be done..I did a seach on it and info turned up. Seems like it is better to get cuttings. Here was a good site:http://www.crfg.org/pubs/ff/fig.html I can remember mom always doing cuttings of her fig trees.


Tropicman(don't shoot me..lol) here are my trees. They were loaded this year, bumper crop..then the rains came..and came...and came....and..well, you get the picture. Needless to say all my figs split wide open. Popped like a ballon..lol. I barely had enough figs to make jams to sell at the market.
