Last March (2003) when I first became intereseted in growing brugs and started begging everyone for cuttings this was the first one that was sent to me. It was given by Brugie (Shirley) and it has grown very well for me and is one of the few that i've managed to keep from getting the creeping crud that i've had on my brugs the past few months.
Last year it was covered with buds many times during the season but they all dropped off so I never got to see it bloom.
I've since followed some expert advice and grown it in it's permanent pot in one location without moving it around a lot. It's now starting to form it's first set of new buds for 2004. With any luck i'll get to see this one bloom this year. I better get to anyway because the thought crossed my mind more than once last season to trash it if it didn't show some flowers!
