Beginner Gardening: slender, legged translucent worms in my lettuce & parsley!!, 0 by namaste_tx

The worms have multiple tiny legs, the bodies are slightly translucent (to where you can see a black/brownish tint in their rear-end), have long antennae, curl up when disturbed, and only come out at night. I've attached some photos, so hopefully one of you can help me identify! I really hope these are good guys. :/
