Beginner Gardening: are these evergreen bunching onions?, 0 by rwaterspf1

I did use seed starting mix from a sealed bag but I guess something could have gotten in there. There are a few things starting to germinate that possibly could be my onions (the package said 10 to 14 days so that is about right). Everything else in there was up in two or three days.
