Beginner Gardening: What is this vine overtaking my garden?, 0 by abbyqueue

Hi! I live in a new subdivision (four years old) and have had trouble with this vine each summer -- it was only a small problem at first, growing up the pine tree in my front yard, but now it's spread to my main gardens and threaten to smother my plants unless I rip it out once a week or so.

It's extremely fast-growing -- at first I thought it might even be kudzu, but from the images I've seen of kudzu, it doesn't look too much like it. I live in Zone 6A (northern Kentucky) and have attached a photo of it here. I hate to kill it because, as you can see from the photo, if you let it go long enough, it produces beautiful white flowers. It doesn't make me itch or anything when I handle it. It climbs up my house and over top of my existing plants, which I would imagine is harmful for them.

I'm dying to know what it is, and any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
