At first look I would think most people would say it is Colocasia illustrius. It does look like it can could possibly be it. My opinion is that it is the newer cultivar called Colocasia Coal Miner. Coal Miner was named by Tony Avent and it came from a nursery out of the Himalayas as illustrius. Once grown out it was noticed that it was different than the illustrius we have here in the states. It has the same dark leaves with green veins but the lines seem thinner and just a slight over all differences in the two plants. They can be very hard to tell apart for most people and still hard for me in photos. If you have the two plants side by side you can tell an immediate difference.
