Beginner Gardening: Need help with design and plant idea, 0 by betra

I want to change the existing raised veggie bed to become a flower bed. The area is the corner behind the patio, L-Shape with 3x12 and 3x20 ft. I need to cover the fence, not all, with vine like clematis. In the corner I will plant pear tree.which I can prune to keep the high not more than 8 ft. I do not know what other plants should I use for this area. I also want to cover the wood of the bed. The area gets sun from 9 am to 3 pm, facing south at one side and west another side.
