Here some photos of the bad looking blooms on the pear. I am pretty sure they are the fruiting kind the first one fruited before I moved it and the second newly planted one has flowers that look the same and last year year it made small fruit. Then they turned black and brown. I covered themlast year so I know its not frost damage. And my peach is still making baby fruit and I did not cover it this year and we have not had much frost this spring.
