Being confined to the (small) greenhouse at the time I made a decision to just throw it into a clay orchid pot with LECA. Since then it grew so much that today I put into the last pot it should need and also semi hydro. The two best things I have noticed about growing it in LECA are: 1) How easy it is to control the moisture to the roots, 2) How much the roots (and plant!) had grown in it. It was toppling it's orchid pot. I put it in a much larger one as that is how it is done with semi. I'm impressed. |
