Beginner Gardening: Lavender, Purple Sage, Walkers Catmint Low, 0 by LeaLousMama

Also, a lot of placement was wrong, when do I relocate them? Now or spring? If spring, how early? I just got so excited everytime I was at the garden center I would get something and put it in the ground then Voila- come mid summer I saw all my mistakes :) LOL.
