Some have put on 6' to 8' runners which are wrapped around everything. I have been carefully untwining them but do ocasionaly get a bend in the stem. There are lots of buds forming at the ends of some of these "runners:" and I hate to lose the potential blooms.

So, my question...Is it best to trim these runners rather than try to untangle? I know that I would lose the flowers if I do that. But could take some cuttings. for more plants to get tangled. LOL

I know this information is in some of the wonderful threads but I am running out of time and hope someone can advise without me having to read all the information right now.
