I agree with what Hetty said about everything. Here is my input on just a few things:

I don't have a Bali Palace, but it made me think of 'Bali Hai Whirl,' which is one of my favorite fragrances and the only double plumeria. Mine will be blooming shortly.

I had a 'Scott Pratt' but I sold it because the fragrance was very mild. My 'Siam Red' (Daeng Sayam) has not bloomed yet so I can't describe the fragrance on that one. I just had to graft a tip of mine to save it as it has started rotting from the base over the winter.

Magnum Opus is lovely, but I detected very little fragrance from it so I sold mine.

Negril was a tall-grower for me, but it had a very nice fragrance. The only reason that I sold mine was that I have a seedling that smells just like it that I like better. I totally agree with Hetty that 'Grove Farm' is a must-have for fragrance.

Vera Cruz Rose is lovely, but it is a tall grower. It's fragrance is just like a rose so, if you have roses, they make a nice substitute!
