Beginner Gardening: Shrimp plant, 0 by marionr

I am sending a picture of my shrimp plant. I want to know how to repot and/or do whatever I need to do to get it back into its original shape. I was thinking about taking the vine ends that have leaves and replanting them...or should I put them into water first to get them to get some roots and then plant them in pots.. Should I cut the vines off and see if the plant will come back from what is left?
Please help before I do something wrong. Thanks for your help
